StoreVista Returns & Refunds:

If you're not completely satisfied with a product, StoreVista will gladly refund your purchase within 30 days of the sale date, except as noted below. The returned item must be in its original condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories. We will initiate a refund of the item price (minus any applicable restocking fees) as soon as the returned product is received. The value of missing items will be deducted from the credit amount of a return. Credit will be issued to the original form of payment within 1 to 2 billing cycle(s). Shipping charges both ways are sole responsibility of the buyer and are nonrefundable.

•Digital cameras, camcorders, desktop PCs, notebook PCs, monitors, printers, scanners, projectors, PDAs, mobile video, GPS and radar detectors must be returned within 14 days of the sale date, and (except where prohibited by law) are subject to a minimum of 15% restocking fee if returned opened.
•Home theater seating must be returned within 14 days of the sale date, and (except where prohibited by law) are subject to a minimum of 25% restocking fee if returned opened.
•Opened software, music, gaming consoles, games, and movies cannot be returned.
•There is no restocking fee for products originally purchased as Open Box or Used if they are returned in the same condition with all supplied accessories.
•We will not accept returns of any items that are damaged by the buyer, or that are passed the return period; no exceptions!
•For any exchange or refund request, please send us an email at storevista@storevista.com and we will provide you with the instructions regarding how to proceed. No RMA authorization is needed to make the process hassle-free.

If you are having technical problems or have a question about the operation of your product, please contact the manufacturer directly. All brand new items we sell come with a manufacturer’s warranty and all warranty related concerns must be addressed to the manufacturer. If a buyer declines receiving manufacturer’s assistance for service, repair, and/or exchange for a product that was purchased as brand new and which is claimed to be defective by the buyer, we reserve the right to refuse the return or deduct restocking fees.
